Come on out and enjoy a charming slice of the Coast to Crest Trail alongside the Mokelumne River near the tiny town known as Paloma in Calaveras County.
It’s called the James Bar Trail. Only .8 mile round trip from the trailhead, it is a very moderately sloped trail designed and built to accommodate mobility challenged hikers. Check it out here.
